1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This online store is the official online storefront for merchandise, shirts, and other products sold by The Garage Men's Grooming. All products are trademarks of The Garage Men's Grooming. 

2. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

To make a purchase, you may need to create an account on our website. If you encounter any issues with your account, please contact us at info@thegaragemg.com for assistance.

3. BACKORDER POLICY

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, some items may be out of stock due to high demand or vendor delays. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund or the option to backorder the item.

4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original tags and receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If the desired style/size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Final sale items: Jewelry, swimwear, socks, candles, hair accessories, dog items, spa/beauty products, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards expire 6 months from the purchase date.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

- All purchases are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Processing time is 2-3 business days, not including shipping time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We only ship within continental US

To return or exchange a product, please email info@thegaragemg.com. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Returns are processed as store credit.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS

We may modify or cancel our services or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
